Add excel file as a referece do not need to pass into argument

What methods can be used

Add new record in database from excel file:

isRowEmpty ()
with argument:
* Row: row from excel file 

Add new record in database from excel file.:

importFile ()
with arguments:
* arrUserInputsVO: VO containing user's input
* UserID: ID if login user
* strSubmit: Remarks
