Settings shall get their own window with tabs to improve the ux after #42 is done.

Okay, I've tried. I really did. But I am just too inexperienced with HTML/HBS and CSS to make that work the way I want it.
So I need help creating a sub-menu with tabs. Anyone willing to join is heartily welcome.
