About

Sets a specific queue where the SQS API client should operate.

Reference

sqs.setQueue(queue)
  • 'queue' - queue path.

The queue argument must be a valid queue path as defined by the SQS query API. Throws an error otherwise.

Example

sqs.setQueue('/123456789012/testQueue/')

This method is chainable (aka it returns the client object).
