Feedback: Quarkus: correct B, the async DNS resolver does work in native at run time A native run shows quarkus.vertx.use-async-dns=true selects DnsAddressResolverProvider, so restoring the substitution would break it. Recast B as a low-priority size trade-off needing a build-time switch.
