1. Install apache tomcat server version 9xx or up.
2. Copy servlet api jar file from installed tomcat folder: tomacat/lib/servlet api.jar. Then put it in WEB-INF/lib directory.
3. Copy sql j-connector from Mysql folder and put it in the same place as servlet api jar.
4. Import all the sql tables to your local SQL DB and change the user password.
5. Start the tomcat server and serve the index page. ✌🏻

Note: I would not recomend this technology to develop an webapp as you will face so many erros and get ultimately frustated.
