I've been working on the latest version of this module, along with cleaning up some bits and pieces of the code I'm adding support for definitions, as I'm receiving schema's with proper definitions and need to be able to properly process those into the document. You can see the progress in this branch, you can also follow along on the board if you like.

This release should be available before the end of December.
