OC 0.8.8 + USB Config for Z590 Vision D (ATX version of the Z590i)

Added a USB port configuration for the ATX version Z590 Vision D. You just have to disable SSDT-USB-Ports-Z590i-VisionD.aml and enable SSDT-USB-Ports-Z590-VisionD.aml.

• Thunderbolt SSDTs enabled again. You can enable Thunderbolt, but make sure you are on F7 and not higher. With F8b Thunderbolt is causing issues. And make sure you disable Native OS Thunderbolt Security in BIOS.

• Disabled Thunderbolt SSDTs because I had reproducable crashes under heavy load (in my case importing and rendering 600 images in Capture One) in macOS Ventura Beta 10 and Monterey.
