Create Browse Layouts Component

Background

As part of the Layout Management Issue, we want to build a component to allow users to browse layouts that have been saved.

Work Required

Create new Component to match Figma design

Acceptance Criteria

• As a Vuu UI user, when I browse layouts in the 'My Layouts' sidebar, I should see unique screenshots corresponding to the saved layout

Testing

Write unit tests (using react-testing-library) for the new component.
