TalkBokki is a fully-functional instant messaging app for iOS. As a simpler alternative to iMessage and Messenger, it provides the essential functionality of messaging apps, but adds some customization options and an intuitive layout for users. The app is built on UIKit and Firebase.
- View chat updates easily and instantly! Receive a notification every time you receive a new message.
- Send messages (either text or images) easily! Only recent messages will be displayed to save on memory and processing. You can easily call, block, or mute notifications from the chat room. You can even customize its color!
- Any image sent or received can be selected and saved straight to your device. Also, all images in the app are cached to optimize loading times!
- Easily search through the contact list and find any details you are looking for. Add friends using their email or check for any friend requests you've received. You can also call, block, or edit the name of a contact through here!
- Easily access your profile and quickly update any information as needed. Click your display picture to either view or update it!
