Future Development - Needs clarification

Ability to tag another team member,user of cord field or all team members when a comment has been written & saved on a project or card within a project. User(s) will receive notification (tbd email, slack etc) Users will need the ability to manage notifications within CF (or 3rd party tool managing notifications)
