MetaClock

MetaClock is an integrated computational framework for reconstructing evolutionary history of microbes using large-scale (contemporary and ancient)metagenomic datasets.

We provide tutorials based on the real case in order to elaborate the whole usage of MetaClock:

• Reconstructing the whole genome alignment from metagenomics data (including reads and contigs)
• Quality assessment and post-processing for the reconstructed alignment
• Combing multiple reference alignments for improving phylogeny accuracy
• Strain-resolved molecular clocking under Bayesian framework
