BRING DEVELOP IN LINE WITH MASTER
This is to reduce the likelyhood of any conflicts with other modules.
Dependent on the 'ForceRefresh' parameter being used.
Also removed the dependency for the Connect-SKYAPI 'ReturnConnectionInfo' parameter to be dependent upon the 'ForceRefresh' option being used. Finally, removed School API information from the general Get-SKYAPIContext function.
