Buttons to add fields to ports and env sections.

We need to get buttons to add ports, volumes, and env sections so we can allow creation of a container without using a template.

They are added but if you remove the fields you'll be unable to add them. Once this is resolved you'll be able to launch without a template.

There's now a minimum of 1 field but if a field is empty it shouldn't throw an error.
