Game runs as expected, but window is a fixed size and cannot be resized, full screen, or scaled at all (even with native OS display scaling). This unfortunately makes the game unplayable on larger/higher DPI screens.
I even tried changing scaling options in the manifest and compatibility mode shortcuts (Windows 11).
Changing the actual resolution of the monitor to 800x600 (the lowest it can go) works, this should not be necessary.
Unrelated, but it also appears that a new character starts with tons of items (including a Wand of Wishing) and skills.

The items apparently remained from debugging not turned off.
The project has been frozen for many years. I have other hobby projects now. It is unlikely that I will search for reasons why full-screen mode does not work correctly.
Well thank you for your response. I still play the original Ragnarok, as it is one of my favorite Roguelikes of all time. It would be nice to see the remake finished, but I definitely understand. I unfortunately don't know enough of C# or Java to fork it myself.
