flush CDN cache on deploy

Problem

When deploying /latest with Shipit, there's no way for the CDN to know these are new files because the file name for the zip is the same causing changes to take up to 24 hours.

Solution: Add a command to shipit.yml to flush the cache on deploy.

To flush the cache on deploy takes a certain credential that I will have to ask Edgescale about.
