Serving frontend from the forge agent server

Background

To simplify the running process I'm building the flutter project then serving if using the forge's agent server

Changes 🏗️

• added flutter build script
• added static directory to server the build frontend from the agent server
• moved the agent server api to be prefixed with /api/v1/
• updated the cli to run the build script before starting the agent
• updated the flutter project to take into account the new endpoints
