What should v0.8 build?

Codex Kanban is at v0.7.2: import from existing sessions, projects, attachments, archive, a local web board and 20 MCP tools.

What would make it useful for your repository? Some candidates:

• A global board across repositories (today it is one board per repo).
• Multi-user awareness (who is viewing, soft locks) without turning it into a service.
• Model-assisted import: turn one long session into several tasks instead of one.
• Attachments through MCP, not only the web board.
• Better large-board performance.
