DCSS V2.0 (GUI DEMO) (LAST RELEASE)

Hey! This new release of DCSS has no new commands (we will release new commands from 2.1.x and up). However, this has a new GUI DEMO based on Python, and the GUI library Tkinter. The GUI demo currently runs 3 commands, ASSOC, HELP, and HOSTNAME. It also has a button to link back to this repository.

Added POWERCFG (-energy report) and ASSOC

Added more specific and command category-based folders. This is a trial as I suspect these new folders slow down and hinder navigation.
