Hi Lauren, I have also updated the wiki page. Please take a look. I added a new page (https://github.com/SlicerDMRI/whitematteranalysis/wiki/2b)-Downloading-a-Preprovided-Anatomically-Curated-Parcellation-Atlas) and made some changes to the subject-specific fiber clustering accordingly. Regards, |
