HDF5 error

Description

I was trying to perform 3D simulations by using 1200 cores on Niagara cluster from Digital Research Alliance of Canada (https://alliancecan.ca/) and I got the error file named lasintensa0215cion-11577296error.txt. I don't know what is the problem.

If available, copy-paste faulty code, warnings, errors, etc.

You might have moved or deleted the simulation directory, or some hdf5 that was necessary
