Gnuboy for RS90/RG99 Alpha 5

Differences from Alpha 5:

• General: fix SRAM out-of-bounds access
• General: fix the screen freezing when pressing L key

Recommend configs:

• RS90
  • Clock frequency: 360Mhz+
  • Scaling: Native or 5:3
  • Frameskip: off
• RG99
  • Clock frequency: 420Mhz I don't know. (An overclocked RG99 may cause permanent damage to the device).
  • Scaling: 1:1 (1.5x) (Alt) or 4:3 (Alt)
  • Frameskip: 1/30 or auto

Gnuboy for RS90/RG99 Alpha 4

Differences from Alpha 4:

• General: add auto frameskip
• RS90: readd scale 4:3
• RG99: add new scale 1.5x (alt) / 4:3 (alt) / 40:27 (alt)

Gnuboy for RS90/RG99 Alpha 3

Differences from Alpha 3:

• General: Frameskip support.
  • For RS90, just choose off. for RG99, choose vsync off or on whichever you feel better.
• RG99: Drop RG99 SDL sound code which is not need anymore.

Gnuboy for RS90/RG99 Alpha 2

Differences from Alpha 2:

RG99: New RG99 sound code, using SDL. ( RS90 ALSA > RG99 SDL >> RG99 ALSA )

Differences from upstream:

General: Fix some crashes
