PicoDrive for RG99 Alpha1

WARNING: The current program has a lot of performance issues, and may not be optimized.

Experimental compilation.

Simple support for RG99, works, except for poor 32X emulation speed.

Known issue: It seems that the save file cannot be initialized properly in MDCD.

Use 432Mhz if possible for the best experience. (An overclocked RG99 may cause permanent damage to the device).
