Modifier + click doesn't work

It seems like the addon lets you use modifier + click as a binding but when trying to use the binding the default behaviour happens. For instance, I can bind shift + right click but when doing it on a unit frame I get the regular right click menu.

Using v.0.5.1 on the 9.0.1.35789 beta build.
