Work through Proxy?

1. Create file in files/config with name proxy.json
   
2. Record proxy connection ip. Example {"http": "http://8.219.97.248:80"}
   
3. It will work in a minute, because. proxy server is checking for connection
   Important : The program will always send a request through proxy if the file is created. If file empty, return error
