LP Parser

This parser is built with PyCharm

Instractions:

• Run.py file is to run the parser multiple times

Problem format rules:

• spaces are allowed
• every variable name is allowed
• 2nd line must have only "st" or "s.t." or "subject" word (contraints should be written by the 3rd line onwards)
• DON'T FORGET TO PRESS ENTER AFTER THE LAST CONTRAINT (THE LAST LINE OF THE PROBLEM FILE MUST BE EMPTY)
