How to efficiently mirror our GitHub repositories

we decided during one of the Product Board calls that we want to mirror all of our GitHub repositories on OpenCoDE, the Open Source platform for the German Public IT. This is basically an on-premise GitLab instance operated by a municipal IT provider that hosts various projects of and for the government.

We have the confirmation that Sovereign Cloud Stack is allowed to mirror all Open Source code on OpenCoDE.

I'm currently looking for the most efficient way to synchronize all our GitHub repositories with OpenCoDE/GitLab.

• We're maintaining our repositories on GitHub with github-manager, which also comes with a GitLab integration. Should we just trigger the github-manager to maintain our repositories on OpenCoDE?
• What tool can you recommend to mirror our repositories on a GitLab instance? I really would want to avoid having to add webhooks for every of our repositories one by one... 😵‍💫
