Prerequisites

Description

When adding a new family using a mobile device the process is responsive on mobile devices except for the attributes that show as part of the Attribute Categories option. Tested with Pixel 3a and iPhone 6

NOTE: Previously the Add New Family functions were updated to make 'responsive' the other steps via PR #2109, Issue #1151 and Commit eeb3b47b3ccd1b03afd8e104f5382b839175992c

If no one else gets to this quickly I'll take a look in the next couple weeks to see if I can figure out a fix and PR for this, as I believe #2109 can be a template for fixing this issue

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure the new family block to utilize at least one attribute category so that it pulls in other attributes as part of a new family entry process
  2. Go to 'New Family'
  3. Fill out the 'first modal page' for person and family demographics type attributes and fields and select next

  4. Fill out the 'second modal page' for contact info and select next

  5. Go to the 'third modal page' for attributes from attribute categories

Expected behavior:

The 'third modal page' that displays attributes from the attribute categories should be responsive just as the other two 'modal pages' are

Actual behavior:

The 'third modal page' attributes run off to the side on a mobile screen (they aren't responsive
