Add xlsx/Excel2007 extension to 'decodeFormat'

I added the ability to export xlsx files by adding below to the decodeFormat function.

case 'xlsx':
    return 'Excel2007';
    break;

I only tried the export function, so I guess you want to do some more testing with it. :)
