SPIN-33: Add comment like count to comment calls

  • Issue: SPIN-33: Add comment like count to comment calls. #38
  • We currently have to make another call to get the number of likes a comment has. This will be slow on the front end. Need to add functionality to just list the number of likes a comment has when getting the comments for a spin.

SPIN-34: Update Flyway scripts
