These changes enable you to give evax a '-w' option to run continously and monitor your asset files for changes, immediately rebuilding asset groups when the files, that they depend on, change.

Dear RKushnir,

Your commit looks very clean and elegant.

The merge was not clear due the watchr support was included with so much coupling with the actual code. I would like to have a watchr support more separated from the core functionality like a complete external module layer, he can read the same config.yml and so, but in its own code section not interlaced with the core functionality code section.

But still the functionality is desired and your implementation is very good, so we have decided to merge it.

Your 'watcher' pull request has been included in v0.0.15
