fitschan: Use frame axes for offset attr names #13

I think this function was accessing attributes of the skyframe using the FITS axis numbers (axlon, axlat) instead of those it found from the skyframe itself (lonax, latax). So this commit swaps to the other pair of variables.

This uses the axes found in the SkyFrame (with astGetLatAxis)
rather than the corresponding FITS axes to generate attribute
names.
