Remove deprecated "Last Log" feature #122

The Last Log feature is a remnant of the deprecated email feature (removed in #95) in which the last email (sent or not) was displayed on webpage.

There is no data to show since DB upgrade #64 so this UI widget should be removed and it's associated web pages removed.
