Because of the way that Heroku server idling works, the server needs to be completely created from a compiled binary every time it idles. It will idle within a short period of disuse.

The start up time for the server is very long and could probably be improved a lot with some simple adjustments. This would make the web app seem a lot more responsive and improve UX.
