Add native support for macos arm64 #335

We currently produce graalvm native image builds for:

Linux x86
MacOS amd64

It would be nice to add:

MacOS arm64/arch64 to the list

It seems CircleCI added apple silicon support last month, and GraalVM have supported compiling native-image builds for it since February!

This issue is to add circleci config to create these builds too.
