Changes

• Under the 'Registration Year' field, added help text to show that only years including and later than 2023 are valid.
• Under the 'Claims and Encounters Volume' field in Entities, added helper text to specify inputs must be whole numbers.
• The 'Role' field under the Contacts section now reads 'Company Role'

Testing

1. Go to https://localhost:8000/register/request-to-submit
2. Confirm the above 'Changes' appear in the corresponding places
3. Repeat for the following:
   • http://localhost:8000/administration/list-registration-requests/ -> Edit Record on any row
   • http://localhost:8000/register/list-registration-requests/ -> Renew Registration on any row
