Purpose:
send strided data between two processes using different strategies

Usage:
"make packperf" builds the executable.
"make sbatch" generates a slurm file sbatch.<yourhostname> Submit this to run in parallel.

Analysis:
"make out" saves your slurm output to the timings directory
"make plot" analyzes the output and generates pdf files.
(alternatively run:
python packplot.py [ -s ] yourjoboutput
to generate a visualization. The "-s" flag saves as pdf file.
