See #1945. I contend that if <lg> should be able to contain a <gap>, it should also be able to contain <supplied>, as the two are closely related. Moreover, <supplied> can contain <l>. If I have a stanza with a missing line, and I know what that line was, I ought to be able to supply the whole line inside the line group.

Make model.pPart.transcriptional a member of lg's content model.
