Basically, we have to change the regexps to deal with the split comments instead of the headings as before. We can simplify the regexps because the page title in the new split comments doesn't contain markup anymore.

This PR adds Pagemanager_XH 2.0.5 with the few necessary adjustments to be able to deal with the new split markers (see commit c32ecb3). I did only some quick tests, but so far it works.
