Which major expansions do you NOT have?

I have all

Describe your suggestion

I would like to suggest the '[Sending Support] to the ' operations should not be available if the Central Siberian Federation joined the 'Co-Prosperity Sphere'.

Justifications

Because it is very weird to have the '[Sending Support] to the Central Siberian Federation' operations that NOV is aligned with Japan's 'Co-Prosperity Sphere'. So, USA should no longer have the to the Central Siberian Federation' operations if NOV is pro-Japanese.

Not implementing, The US would still consider support Novosibirsk if they could potentially be forced out of the Japanese sphere later + Novosibirsk ties are mostly economic, it's not like they're shipping guns directly to a CPS member
