This PR is ready for review. The PR should be accepted, rejected or further steps need to be identified during the W3C TREE CG call of the 27th of September 2023. During that meeting I’ll try to illustrate what is happening in the text based on examples and test cases. |

Today, the PR was accepted by the W3C group, with the caveat that we can still raise issues on the member extraction algorithm’s details while community members are implementing the currently agreed upon spec. |
