Welcome to the onboarding section of our restaurant app! This guide will help you understand how to sign up, log in, complete OTP authentication, and undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure onboarding process for our users.
The sign-up process is the first step to enjoy the full benefits of our restaurant app. Follow these steps:
- Open the app and click on the "Sign Up" button.
- Enter your email address and create a strong password.
- Fill in your personal details, including your name and contact information.
- Review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click the "Sign Up" button to create your account.
If you already have an account, log in using these steps:
- Open the app and click on the "Log In" button.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click the "Log In" button to access your account.
To enhance the security of your account, we use OTP (One-Time Password) authentication. Here's how to set it up:
- After logging in, go to your account settings.
- Enable OTP authentication.
- A unique OTP will be sent to your registered email or phone number each time you log in.
- Enter the OTP within the specified time to access your account.
As part of our commitment to safety and security, we require KYC verification for certain features of our app. Follow these steps:
- In your account settings, find the "KYC Verification" section.
- Provide the required information and documents, such as a valid ID and a recent utility bill.
- Wait for our team to review your KYC submission. This typically takes a short amount of time.
- Once your KYC is approved, you can access advanced features and enjoy a higher level of trust within our app.
To give you a proper user friendly experience using this app, the store performance shows the overall performance of your store/business registered on the app. While on the store performance page, everything is at a default but once you start selling by clicking on the "Start selling" button, you'll start seeing the performances of your store.
The order summary is for the vendor to filter and see all order entries done for days(all i.e Monday-Sunday) also vendor can see entires done for 1-3 month and also last 6month
The notification provides you with options of what you will like to get notified on (you can choose as many options as you want it), with first option checked by default but can be unchecked if you wouldn't like to get such notification and clicking on continue button, takes you to the next page which shows the success of the options you've picked.
The vendor support email notification (Help desk). This page allows the user to send an email ( in respect to complaints, feedback and any issue related to the app) which will be delivered to the developers.
The first page shows the users interest in sending a mail for support, This links to the second page which contains the form. The inputed information is collected and sent to the developer via EmailJS. Clicking the submit button also triggers the next page that shows submission successful.
