软件全部使用PYQT编写，服务器程序为简单的socket服务。

功能如下：

1.使用鼠标通联，发报方法和手键相同

2.点划判断采用以点的时间为判断基础，点时间间隔 = 自定义，字母时间间隔 = 3* 点时间间隔，单词时间间隔 = 7 * 点时间间隔

3.10个可用频道

4.接收时不可发射

5.点击软件窗体内空白处发射

The software is all written in PYQT, and the server program is a simple socket service.

The functions are as follows:
