Chapter Five assignment

1. Fork the repository for the weekly assignment.
2. Save the repository to your own account.
3. Check the directions in the README file.
4. Modify your code according to the directions.
5. Make sure all of your code is committed.
6. Push/sync up to GitHub.
7. Create a pull request on the original repository. All assignments are due one week from when they are assigned, unless otherwise specified.
8. You can continue to push fixes and improvements until the close date (listed in Classes) – just add a comment in the pull request to let me know it's been updated.

##Library Test #3: Performance Timing
From the book, page 175:

Code the Library Test #3 assembly file and run it in a 32bit project.

Make note of your elapsed time results.

Create a NEW file in the repository with your name.txt

In this file, enter your Environment and your results.

Then issue a pull request on the original repository and I will merge them so we can all see our results.
