Assembly

Vibratory Conveyor Stand Assembly Video

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach four 1/2 in bolts to the vibratory conveyor stand base. These bolts will be used for the feet. Secure them with the bolt heads down using two nuts and two washers per bolt. Only tighten finger tight as they will be adjusted during final assembly of the machine.

Step 2: Attach the floor flange to the vibratory conveyor stand base. Use four 1/4 in counter sunk bolts with one nut and washer each.

Step 3: Using pipe wrenches, couple the 3/4 in. pipe nipple to the 1 in. pipe nipple with a 3/4 to 1 in. coupler. couple the lower end of the 1 in. pipe nipple to the floor flange.

Step 4: Attach the handle to the adjustable pipe clamp. First press a 1/4 in bolt into the thumbnut using a vice (or hammer with light taps) and a short section of pipe. Then place a washer on the protruding end of the bolt and screw it into the clamp. Note: The video shows a nut and washer on the clamp. These are unnecessary as the clamp should be tapped.

Step 5: Place the adjustable clamp over the 3/4 in. pipe nipple. Don't worry about it's exact position as this will be adjusted during the final assembly.

The vibratory conveyor stand is now complete.
