解决问题：tree 组件的 setItem 方法设置 checked, actived, expanded 属性时，未能触发相应变更事件，也未触发 props 对应的值变更。
解决方式：setItem 方法对于这3个属性，变更为调用组件内部的 setChecked 等方法，而不是直接操作 store。
