SRA_download

A useful script to download sequencing files from SRA of EBI et.

Options:

-h --help    display the usage and exit.
-a --access  necessary file containing SRR number. [e.g. accession.txt]
-v --version display version information and exit.

Example

sh SRA_download.sh -a accession.txt
