Drastically simpler and less Tenth-specific code base. This now takes an event list from a JSON API and processes that, rather than parsing HTML. As such, this version removed much of the filtering that was present previously.

Grab this zip file and extract it somewhere useful. Then, run announcement-loop.exe. That's it!

While the announcements update themselves automatically, the application itself does not. (Yet.) So, you'll need to come back here for future releases.
