React component which can add and display comments. Comments are saved in localStorage, so you can see them again.
In the project directory, you can run:
Builds the app for production to the dist folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
It also creates index.html with correct bundle implementation.
Runs webpack4 in development mode.
