How can I pack the logs file?

However 66368252 instances is far too large. What are you building here?

You are creating a die 80mm on a side! This is way too large. If you don't know what size to use then I suggest you use a utilization based size like asap7/aes

You are not stuck at floorplan anymore. You have a large design so 24 hours for a total flow would not be surprising (even fairly good). What issues are you now reporting?

I mean 4_1_cts.log did not updated for more than 12 hours. The last update info is Jan 16 23:45, nowtime in my region is Jan 17 10:38. So I think it might be stucks at this stage.
