[WARNING STA-0337] port not found

I am using a local build of ORFS on Ubuntu20.04/WSL and I am getting tons of [warning STA-0337] on ports with some cryptic names that do not exit in my design. I have no clue what that means.

Should I worry about this? If not is there a way to supress these messages?

What commands are being issued that generate these messages

It looks like the warning messages are generated while loading the design database using load_design. Here is an example while running pdn.tcl

You should package a test case (make pdn_issue) and open an issue. Its not clear what is going on.
